Firstsource Solutions (NSE:FSL, BSE:532809), a leading global business process outsource company, has announced its move into new premises at Fountain Court, Middlesbrough and is recruiting across a range of new roles in both Middlesbrough and Stockton. The vacancies are in a variety of customer service, management, administration, training, quality and other specialist roles, with a mix of permanent and 12 month contract roles. The vacancies are available in both Firstsource’s Fountain Court centre and also on-site at client’s offices in Stockton. Firstsource is looking to hire people with excellent communications skills and customer-facing experience, ideally in the financial services sector.

The Fountain Court contact centre is located in Middlesbrough town centre and has been refurbished to offer Firstsource employees a modern working environment with excellent facilities.

Firstsource will be holding a series of recruitment events at the Fountain Court centre and other locations over the next few months.
