Russell Brand 2018 date rescheduled at Town Hall. new date 31st may 2018

Due to unavoidable commitments of both a professional and personal nature, Russell Brand has been forced to move a handful of dates planned for the summer of 2018.

This means that his show at Middlesbrough Town Hall, originally scheduled for Wednesday 25 July, has now been brought forward to Thursday 31 May.

The star has offered his sincere apologies, and the good news is that he has pledged ‘to make the show 20% funnier at no extra cost!’

All tickets remain valid for the rescheduled show, and existing ticketholders who wish to attend the new date need take no further action.

Refunds will be available to those unable to attend the rescheduled show, with a cut-off date for refunds of Friday 29 September.

All existing ticketholders are being contacted directly today to inform them about the change of date, and to offer refunds where required.

Part of his brand new Re:Birth tour currently winning rave reviews, Russell’s rescheduled gig will be one of the first major dates of what is set to be an exciting new era at the Town Hall after its current major refurbishment is complete.

Rob Guest of Middlesbrough Town Hall said: “Russell has only recently started his new tour and the reports have been fantastic from the shows that have already taken place.

“We’re really hoping that this unavoidable change of date causes a minimum of inconvenience to customers, and that this far ahead most people will have the new date free in their diaries - although refunds will obviously be available for anyone who can’t make it along next May.

“I know that there’s a real anticipation for this show, so hopefully most ticketholders will welcome the chance to see Russell – and have a peek at the refurbished Town Hall – a couple of months earlier than expected.”
