Situated in the centre of Middlesbrough close to both the train station and A66 ring-road with a number of major bus routes passing close by. If you will be arriving by car, then there is a pay and display car park at towards the rear of the building.

Teesside Archives is repository of records of historical value and is a joint service of the councils of Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland and Stockton-on-Tees. It is managed by Middlesbrough Council as the lead authority and reports to the Joint Archives Committee.

Teesside Archives features a professional Conservator and also an active Learning and Access department,

Services

The learning and access team is available to work with adult groups and schools within the community. Meeting rooms are available at competitive rates, including light refreshments.
