Cineworld Middlesbrough will be holding a Dementia-Friendly acreening on Monday 27th March.
Screenings are open to everyone but at enhanced to suit the needs of people living with dementia. During the film low lights are left on in the auditorium, the volume of the soundtrack is reduced and it is fine for members of the augience to express themselves. The staff on duty for these screenings have become Dementia Friends to help provide support before, during and after the screenings, as well as making out venue more Dementia Friendly.

Cineworld is situated within Middlesbrough Leisure Park. It has 11 multiplex screens with a wide variety of new films showing on a weekly basis and bargain family films showing on Saturday mornings.
