About the event...


Tai Chi is a form of low impact, weight bearing aerobic exercise which involves slow definite movements, incorporating deep breathing and relaxation. There are many health benefits to participating in a Tai Chi session, some of which include: 

  • Reduced pain and stiffness
  • Improved strngth and balance
  • Improvement in functional movement
  • Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
