Connect Tees Valley

Brasserie Hudson Quay has been designed to recall the Grand European Cafes of France, Spain and Italy, providing a unique dining experience in a luxurious yet contemporary setting.

The style and ambience is distinctly European, providing an experience normally reserved for capital cities. In this respect, the Brasserie is exceptional and unique to the Greater Teesside area. Opening until late into the evening, the Brasserie is a destination venue offering a complete evening out, where customers can look out over the waters of Middlehaven inlet, chat with friends and relax against a background of chilled lounge music.

Based primarily on Classical French, Spanish and Italian cooking, Brasserie Hudson Quay offers a combination of style which predominates throughout Europe's Grand Cafes and Brasseries, where the most popular dishes from all of the countries have merged.
